Comment: I originally left negative feedback for this company as I had placed an order with them and had not received it after several weeks. Upon leaving negative feedback I was contacted by the manager of this company who turned out to be very nice. He worked with me and refunded my money instantly. I cannot comment on the food but I can say that this company manager resolved the problem upon hearing of the situation. I would give high ratings for excellent customer service.

Cant decide which Salmon to select? Then try our three-pack sampler. Receive 4 oz. of Natural Smoked Salmon, 4 oz. of our Pepper Garlic Smoked Salmon, and 4 oz. of Sockeye Smoked Salmon. Our Natural Smoked Salmon is hot smoked in our traditional Native American brine and characterized by a light pink color, fine texture and mild flavor. Our Pepper Garlic Smoked Salmon is soaked in a brine that contains a mouthwatering combination of black pepper and garlic and has the same light pink color and fine texture as the Natural Salmon. Our Sockeye Smoked Salmon, the best-known Northwest salmon, has exceptionally rich flavor, reddish color and firm texture. After being delivered to our smokehouse in Alaska within days of being caught, only the best salmon are selected for smoking. Once selected, the salmon are hand filleted and soaked in a brine. The salmon is then hot smoked over alder wood fires. Finally, each fillet is inspected before it is sealed in a gold foil pouch known as a retort locking in the salmons freshness and rich flavor. The gold foil pouch is then packed in our award-winning gift box for further protection. No preservatives, coloring, oils or artificial ingredients are ever added to these Kosher-certified Natural Smoked Salmon fillets. Our Smoked Salmon is great for entertaining!
