So you mean to tell me while it's in the mail for 5 days its not being cooled. That's nasty. Customer Rating: Summary: Not what I expected, but... Comment: I read the product description but for some reason I didn't realize that the cheese is all processed cheese (basically it is American cheese with different flavors added). The wedges are like hunks of American cheese and are ok, but the tiny (and I mean tiny)tubes of soft cheese are great for squirting over nachos or a soft pretzel. I thought we would be sampling different kinds of cheese, but it is the same cheese with different flavors added, therefore I won't buy this product again...but it did make a good addition to snacktime.
